Fermin Deoca Joins Cushman & Wakefield as Director

Fermin Deoca has joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Director on the firm’s Industrial team.

“Fermin has established a fantastic reputation in the industrial space, and we are excited to have him further bolster our leading industrial platform,” said Brett Gray, Cushman & Wakefield Charlotte Managing Principal.

Deoca has 10 years of experience in commercial real estate completing more than 500 transactions. He provides landlords in North and South Carolina a wide range of commercial real estate services including transaction management, acquisitions, dispositions, site selection and investment analysis.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield he was a Senior Vice President at Foundry Commercial on a team that leased more than 5 million square feet of industrial space. Previously he was with Cassidy Turley and Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer.

He earned a Master’s of Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Finance and Development from UNC Charlotte and a Bachelor of Arts from Furman University. He is a member of the Charlotte Regional Commercial Board of Realtors and the UNC Charlotte Real Estate Alumni Advisory Board.
