Eric Ridlehoover has joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Director on the firm’s Industrial team.

Eric has more than 16 years of leasing, sales and development experience with over 1,200 leasing and sales transactions. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield he was Managing Director and Principal at Foundry Commercial, where he worked with the Industrial Services Group, focusing on the leasing and sales of Class A industrial facilities, tenant representation and industrial building and land sales. Eric’s leasing and development knowledge comes from his years at the prominent local developer Beacon Partners, where he leased flex, industrial and suburban office projects.

Eric earned a Business of Arts in Corporate Communications from the College of Charleston. He is a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR), where he served as President in 2017 and received the President’s Award in 2011.
Fermin Deoca, Director, recently joined the Industrial team as well, with 10 years of experience in commercial real estate completing more than 500 transactions. He provides landlords in North and South Carolina a wide range of commercial real estate services including transaction management, acquisitions, dispositions, site selection and investment analysis.
